EFFECTIVE HOURLY MODEL:

  • You are only charged for the actual working hours the employee spends at your company, based on the agreed-upon rate.
  • We provide you with a worker while taking full responsibility for administrative and operational management.
  • At our expense, we conduct pre-employment and periodic medical examinations for the worker in accordance with the Regulation on Jobs with Special Working Conditions.
  • At our expense, we provide occupational health and safety training for the worker.
  • At our expense, we provide fire protection training for the worker.
  • At our expense, we supply the worker with protective work equipment.
  • At our expense, we cover the worker’s sick leave, annual leave, and public holidays, and these costs will not be charged to you.

ADMINISTRATION MODEL:

  • You are charged a monthly fee based on the total cost of the employee.
  • We provide you with a worker while taking full responsibility for administrative and operational management.
